When was the last time you sat around a fire with other men — no screens, no deadlines, no distractions — just good fellowship, honest conversation, and the Word of God?
That is exactly what we are offering you on November 6th–7th at Cabins In The Laurels.
Scripture tells us, “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work" Ecclesiastes 4:9, and "Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another” Proverbs 27:17.
God never intended for us to walk this journey alone. He created us for brotherhood —
men who encourage one another, hold each other accountable, and build each other up in faith. As Paul wrote in 1 Thessalonians 5:11, "Therefore encourage one another and build one another up”.
That is the heart of this retreat: a time to get away from the noise of daily life and build real camaraderie. We will share stories, laugh together, and talk about what it truly means to be a man of God — as husbands, fathers, sons, and friends. You will leave with stronger friendships and a refreshed spirit.
Here is the truth, brother: the world is telling men every day that they don't need each other, that strength means isolation, and that faith is a private matter. Scripture says otherwise.
"Carry each other's burdens, and in doing so, you will lighten your own"
Galatians 6:2.
We need one another. We need this time together.

Meals: Low Country Boil on Friday evening,
followed by a full Breakfast Buffet on Saturday morning
